• Services Offered

  What are your days of operation?

  We are operating on Sundays and Saturdays for the 2024 summer season (June through September).

  What is included in a typical picnic setup?

  Our setups typically include a comfortable seating area with cushions and rugs, low tables, elegant tableware (drinking glasses, plates, cutlery, napkins), neutral color decorations (white, beige, greenery - see our instagram for examples!), portable speaker, personalized signage, and optional add-ons like charcuterie and sweet treats.

• Booking and Reservations

  How far in advance should I book a picnic?

  We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. Minimum notice is 72 hours, depending on availability!

  How do I make a reservation?

  You can make a reservation by completing our online registration form. Please see our booking link on our Services page.

• Locations and Venues

  Where can I have my picnic set up?

  We can set up your picnic at various parks, private residences, and indoor venues upon inquiry. Currently, our park picnics take precedence on our schedule, and are set up at the Milwaukee Pierhead Lighthouse as our permits allow.

  Can I have a picnic at a specific park or location?

  Yes, you can choose a specific park or location for your picnic setup, provided it allows for such events and permits are obtained if required.

  Are there additional fees for certain locations?

  Additional fees may apply for setup at certain parks or venues. We will inform you of any applicable fees during the booking process. If the location is outside of the greater Milwaukee area, travel fees may be assessed.

• Picnic Experience

  What time can I expect my picnic to be set up?

  Picnic setups are completed at your scheduled start time. Exact setup times are carefully coordinated for the client to arrive on time, and not earlier, than your start time on the date of your event.

  How long can I enjoy the picnic setup?

  You can enjoy your picnic setup for a specified duration, typically 2 hours depending on your booking and package. Additional time is available for purchase on the booking form.

  What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my picnic?

  In case of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule your picnic to another suitable date. Alternatively, if no arrangement can be made - a refund can be assessed for unused picnic time and costs.
